Ric and Arthur know each other from the moment their careers started at Booking.com. They both had a common interest in analytics and soon moved over to the 'other side', working as a revenue manager, and later cluster hotel manager, for different hotels from 3 star to 5 star luxury.

Then, just before Covid-19 hit Revenue Guru was founded.
After a few challenging years the company steadily grew to what it is today.

One rule they learned at Booking.com is that you need to milk the cows everyday. Which means that if you want to have the best quality and highest quantity, you need to deliver the maximum every single day.
