Ric and Arthur know each other from the moment their careers started at Booking.com. They both had a common interest in analytics and soon moved over to the 'other side', working as a revenue manager, and later cluster hotel manager, for different hotels from 3 star to 5 star luxury.
Then, just before Covid-19 hit Revenue Guru was founded. After a few challenging years the company steadily grew to what it is today.
One rule they learned at Booking.com is that you need to milk the cows everyday. Which means that if you want to have the best quality and highest quantity, you need to deliver the maximum every single day. With a strong team of analysts we can make that happen.

Arthur started his career at Booking.com and has currently more than 10 years of experience in revenue management sector. When he was a child he used to with trophies playing Chess. His expertise is, not surprising, analytics.
After graduating the Hotelschool Den Haag he started his career at Booking.com and worked for many years in different type of hotels as revenue manager and hotel manager. He grew up in Zeeland and loves to walk his dog Ruby at the beach.

After graduating her Artificial Intelligent study at the UvA in Amsterdam she traveled the world with the national rowing team. Her strong analytical knowledge and expertise in Python is the basis of the Revenue Guru Dashboard.
With years of experience in hospitality and a bachelor degree in hospitality management Joppe has a great understanding of the sector. His pro-active approach is loved by our partners. He grew up in the Paris but now lives on a woonboot in Amsterdam.
Daniel studied hospitality management in Granada and has a very driven and outgoing personality. He moved to Amsterdam in 2022 and is integrating in the Dutch culture faster than the speed of light. You can spot him in the summer days on his boat driving through the canals.
